I received a refund for a product, but I don’t see the credit, why? Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask where they have posted the credit information. On numerous occasions, banks have posted information in a way that is unexpected. I cannot find the product that I downloaded, what do I do? The best way to know where your downloads are going is to pay close attention to the "Save As" window at the beginning of the download process. Once you have clicked the download button and selected the option to save the file, you will be given the "Save As" window which shows you exactly where your download is being saved to on your computer. If you do not remember where the file was saved to, you can search for files on your computer. In the example URL, the file name is file.exe. I need to download my product again and my download URL is expired, what do I do? Please contact RegNow at orders@regnow.com. Once they receive your request, they will review the order and contact you. If you have purchased the extended download service, the download URL will still expire. When you need to download again, please contact RegNow and they will reset the expiration date for the URL. I would like to know if purchasing is a one time fee, monthly fee, or yearly fee. In general, most products are a one time fee. However, each product we resell may be different, and may change at anytime. What will this product cost me in my local currency? RegNow processes transactions in USD, EUR, and GBP. Please note that all of the offline ordering options do have addition fees for processing. What do I do if I closed my browser before printing the receipt? You will receive the receipt you saw online in your email shortly after your order. It may take up to 30 minutes or more depending on your ISP’s mail servers. Please keep this receipt for your records! I lost my registration information, what do I do? Please submit a request to RegNow at orders@regnow.com. They will work with you to locate the order in their database and resend any applicable registration information. Will I receive a disk/CD after my order?
